The trust hearing was scheduled for Friday.
If Emma's enhanced shares were confirmed, Estelle would lose voting control.
If Estelle succeeded in delaying recognition, she planned to transfer key assets into foreign subsidiaries.
Daniel discovered the documents.
The transfer would happen at midnight Friday.
They had seventy-two hours.
Naomi spread evidence across Christopher's dining table.
“We prove three things.”
“What?”
“Emma is your legal daughter.”
“Done.”
“Thomas validly amended the trust.”
“Almost done.”
“And Estelle deliberately interfered with Emma's recognition.”
Christopher looked at the recorder.
“That should do it.”
Naomi shook her head.
“Not by itself.”
He frowned.
“The recording may be challenged.”
“Then what do we need?”
“Someone inside the plan.”
